Often times products aren't QC'd. These were. Tracks were true, casting was square, and parts were in good working order. I would buy from the company again.

I got these for my 15 year old, 6ft tall, 20ft wide sliding gate with remote opener. They put cheap bushing style on originally and they just fell apart. The have the two clamps so it lines up exactly with the fence piping when tightened down. I am pretty sure these will outlast me. I do wish the bearings had the ability to be greased with a zirk fitting

It's amazing what you get used to! On our gate ;the old wheel was in bad shape, hard to move, actually ready to fall off.....Enough is enough! bought this new one, WHY did I wait??? Now I can move the gate with one finger.....Awesome product, I couldn't be happier..

Have a custom-built 22' long electric rolling gate. The roller wheels that came with this the system lasted 7 years and started to come apart and interfere with the electric motor's ability to move the gate. Change to these roller wheels and the gate rolls smooth and clean. I figure to get at least twice the life over the original wheels. And, I believe the motor will last longer too.
